Montana State Director Chuck Denowh On KULR-8 News
Marsy’s Law for Montana State Director Chuck Denowh was featured this week in a TV interview with Billings KULR-8 News.
Said Denowh, “It’s important when there’s a conflict of rights that victims are on the same level as the rights for people that are accused of crime because right now if there’s a conflict of those rights the person who is accused of the crime their rights trump and that shouldn’t be the case victims should be on an equal playing field.”

Marsy’s Law is named after Marsalee “Marsy” Nicholas. Marsy was stalked and killed by her ex-boyfriend in 1983.
Dr. Nicholas has made it his mission to give victims and their families across the country constitutional protections.
