The Marsy’s Law for South Dakota campaign continues to gain momentum and we are humbled by the continued outpouring of support from people across the state. We recently launched a new online petition that enables supporters to sign up and support our campaign. The response has been great and we are signing up new volunteers in all corners of the state!

We continue to hear more stories about how Marsy’s Law would have a positive impact on the lives of crime victims in our state. Many of the stories we hear are heartbreaking and difficult to talk about. However, we are inspired by the courage and leadership demonstrated by victims who have shared their story with us. In the coming weeks and months, you will be hearing their stories as well.

Testimonials from victims are one of the most powerful methods we have to educate voters about the importance of Marsy’s Law for South Dakota. 2. Write a Letter-to-the-Editor: Spread the word about why you support Marsy’s Law!
