The Holiday Season is a time to slow down, spend time with our loved ones, and reflect on the year. We’ve got much to be grateful for with a historic victory for Marsy’s Law in Montana—but our work is not yet finished.

The Montana Legislature will convene on January 2nd in Helena. Already there are a dozen bills in the mix that have the potential to affect victim rights in Montana. We’re currently monitoring the progress of these bills and will alert our supporters if we need them to weigh in with their legislators.

In the meantime, let us say a big Thank You to all the volunteers who helped make Marsy’s Law a reality in Montana and we wish everyone a very happy New Year!
