If We All Do A Little…
We were excited to announce last week that Marsy’s Law was the first initiated ballot question to officially make the General Election Ballot! Marsy’s Law will be described on the ballot as “Constitutional Amendment S.” As a result, our campaign will be focusing on encouraging voters to “Vote Yes on S.”
There are many ways you can get involved and help make a difference for victims of crime. You can volunteer to be a county chair and help organize grassroots efforts in your county. You can write a letter-to-the-editor of your local newspaper or promote Amendment S on social media. You can volunteer at a booth at an upcoming event. If we all do a little, collectively, we can make a big impact and give crime victims the rights they deserve!
We are also excited to announce that we have a new website. Check it out at www.marsyslaw.us and please sign up to volunteer and to receive our newsletter. If you have any questions, please contact us at 605-494-0186 or email [email protected]
