Today, the Marsy’s Law for All team was shocked and saddened to learn of the tragic death of Montana Senator Jon Tester’s nephew, Bob Tester. Found murdered in his home Tuesday, Tester’s 8-year-old daughter, who was also in the home at the time of his murder, telephoned her grandmother to report his death.

We offer our sincerest condolences to the family of Bob Tester at this most difficult of times and hope proceedings move forward quickly once the suspect is found.
