Montana State Director Chuck Denowh Interviewed on Voices of Montana

Marsy’s Law for Montana State Director Chuck Denowh was a featured guest on the Voices of Montana radio program recently.

In the interview Denowh emphasized that Marsy’s Law was about empowering victims of crime by ensuring that they have Constitutional rights that are on the same level of individuals who are accused or convicted of crime. Montana is one of just 18 states without Constitutional rights for crime victims.
