Marsy’s Law for Montana is pleased to announce the addition of Kelsen Young to their statewide steering committee.  Kelsen is the Executive Director of the Montana Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, a position she’s held for nearly ten years.  As a longtime advocate for victim’s rights, Kelsen has is an important stakeholder in the effort to establish an Amendment to Montana’s Constitution to establish a Crime Victim’s Bill of Rights.

Kelsen is a native of Helena and attended the University of Montana, where she graduated with a degree in social work.
