[MADISON, WI] - The Marsy’s Law for Wisconsin team is partnering with the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice to conduct a “mapping exercise” on how Wisconsin’s constitutional amendment regarding crime victims’ rights, known as Marsy’s Law, directly impacts the criminal justice process for survivors. The group will literally map the path of the victim through the criminal justice process from the time a call is made to law enforcement through post-sentencing proceedings.
